Food/Restaurants

Food

  • There is a canteen service at one of the student dormitories

  • However, you should still know some basic cooking, as buying food from the canteen will add up and become expensive.

  • Cooking your own food is much more cost effective than eating outside in restaurants. (Learning some basic cooking skills will be very useful)

  • Weekly grocery shopping costs varies for each individual depending on their diet, preferences and choice of grocery shop

  • Grocery shops:

    • Biedronka

    • Lidl

    • Carefour

  • *The first 1-2 weeks of living, your shopping costs will most likely be the highest, as you would be buying the basic things like, washing powder, sponges, frozen food, canned foods and etc
